The associates there are very professional and sweet.
After that, there is the rest of the mall to explore and endless beautiful venues (North Michigan Avenue near Water Tower Place is a fairyland in the evening with a light snow falling and it doesn't cost a dime but the cab and your time).
Recommend Embassy Suites Downtown as a centrally located reasonably priced hotel ~ transportation center is a short cab ride away. Call a travel agent if this is all Greek.
