South Plains of Texas | My wife rides with me. Wing don't leave home without her. lol We take long trips and short ones. We went on our honeymoon to Florida 27 yrs. ago. Took 3 wks during the down time of cotton farming in September and rode 5600 miles. Camped out the hole time. Don't camp anymore unless you consider Hampton or Holiday Inn camping. hahaha. I've seen 42 of the 48 states from the back of a bike. When you carry your wife pick a good weekend weather wise and don't try to ride too far. Make sure she's comfy and do things she likes. You'll have her hooked then and it don't get no better than riding with the wife. I've asked her if she'd like her own bike and she said no I'd rather read and take pics and take naps. lol I usually can tell when she's asleep because the intercom is quiet. | |
