| Lost another 1/2 lbs. this week I think. Down 3 lbs since we started anyway.
Been doing really good with not drinking pop, almost exclusively diet pop now. Try to have a salad for at least 1 meal a day, usually a light lunch. No snacking, candy bars etc.If I think I need a snack I just think about eating a salad and that usually does away with my plans for a snack, lol. But I am almost to the point of it becoming a habit. Went out to eat 2 times over the weekend. Passed up the double cheeseburger with fries both times. Now I just have a regular hamburger or a sandwhich with salad or soup.
Wasn't as dedicated so the walkng and biking this week, but did get in an 11 mile ride tues. I think. | |
