| A few years back on a hot Kansas summer day, I was cleaning the blades on a sweep plow when a Jack jumped up from a clump of weeds. He didn't go 50 feet before a coyote came out of somewhere and was hot on his heels. The Jack went out the fill and made a left turn onto the road. They ran down to the intersection and took a right then south to the next intersection and went left again. The last I saw, they were heading east and the coyote wasn't gaining any ground. My drivers ed teacher would have been impressed with that jack, the only thing he didn't do was put on his blinkers.
