Lots of pheasant hunters bring their dogs in the warm motel room for the night only to take them back out in the snow and cold the next morning. Some of these guys think I'm terrible for leaving mine outside in the dog box at night. One of the best ways to make a dog sick is to subject it to extremes. I hunt gordon setters and their are too hot unless its below 20 degrees F.
