Actually 2. The picture of your cooker in the thread below. Do you normally put charcoal on one end like that or is that for supplemental heat? On your prime rib. The ones at the store are boneless and I believe your recipe calls for bone in. Does that give it more flavor/ is it worth trying to order one with bone in? Going to try one over holidays but for sure don't want to screw it up, to pricey of an experiment. Oh yea and just going over your recipe I like your portions. In servings under pic it says 1. My kind of servings.
