not a good idea. Maggots get under them, can't disinfect, etc. Get an industrial floor epoxy, mix it with sandblasting sand, and repair the worn slats. Mix it "thick" and trowel it on.

WAY WAY WAY WAY better. A 5 gal bucket and a gallon of hardener was $400 last time I bought, and it will repair an entire building and then some. I have a building that was done about 5 years ago and could use touched up a bit, but is pretty much still intact.

When the mix is just about set up, sprinkle more sand on top--leaves a skidproof surface.

Stuff is on another farm or I would look and tell you the name. I think it comes from Dubuque or Dyersville Ia (can't remember which)
