Subject: Iron Skillet Thanksgiving Dinner

Little River, TX
The Wife & I were on the road to California Alfalfa Symposium and had our Thanksgiving Dinner at the Iron Skillet, Petro Truck Stop, I-40 at Blake Ranch Road (Exit 66), Kingman, AZ 86401

I had a slice of ham, and a slice of beef and a lot of vegetables and a nice salad.
Sweet Bride had turkey , & dressing in abundance. Her vegtable was a big slice of punkin pie.

Really nice. First Thanksgiving alone in over 52 years. Alone with 40 of our Trucker Friends and maybe 20 tourist. I do not count all the Holiday meals in a Military Chow Hall.

I highly recommend the Iron Skillet.
