nw NC | I'm a member of DFA and yes, it seems that way. Ya' got to wonder about the upper management of co-ops and board of directors when we heard that former CEO of DFA had seen to it that certain persons on Board of Directors had been given large amounts of money in a manner, ( loans, I think was how it was put) that was in my opinion, criminal. Yet nothing was done about it other than membership was told " Monies have been recovered " . I, being member of DFA, AND by virtue of fact of being in the southeastern US, am in the class action of plaintiffs. So, as I understand the complaint, I am suing myself . If DFA also agrees to settle or is found by jury to be guilty , then I, through DFA, will have to pay myself damages , less lawyers fees of course. Winning situation , ain't it . | |
