Gourd taste like zucchini and I cook them just like the zucchini or cook it and mixed it with pork or ground beef. Some I used as halloween decoration. People always stop by and ask what it is. The bumpy vegetable is Bitter Melon the most bitter of all but one of my favorite vegetable. This vegetable is good cure for diabetis and people who is anemic. |
