Near-north Ontario, French River
Drapes will solve your problem. With large glass surfaces the birds can't actualy see the glass, they assume its just an opening into the house. As an alternative to drape you might try adding something to discourage the birds from flying towards the doors in the first place. Perhaps move your feeder to a different location to attract them away from the doors, or at least change their flight paths. In my experience birds, unless they are very large just tend to get temporarily stunned from the impact and in most cases shake it off after a couple minutes and fly away.
