southern MN | Good part: will freeze down the snow that is out there so it doesn't blow around the old stuff when the 40+ mph gusts come. And any stuff coming as rain we won't have to move out of our way.
Bad part, it's raining on 20 degree ground, slick as snot, and will make the new snow just wis across the ice when the 40+ mph winds come....
Been to Vegas twice, about 1985 & about 1994. Something to see, sure wouldn't want to live there - the strip anyhow. Kinda enjoyed the first trip more, the older hotels had more character. The new ones on the south side just were not interesting to me. Were just winter trips, ot get out of the cold for a bit. 2nd trip we were riding a bus, it started dribbling, the locals were talking about it getting close to flooding. Looked like a 10th of an inch rain, here at home I wouldn't even go inside for that little bit.....
