According to the resident expert Rent-a-Con I had working for me last yr......they're so far ahead of the law,it's sad.
What would realy be interesting....if a guy could reform them, into something productive-- they're some really Bright minds...going to waste. Practically Chemist without the fancy training and Letters before or after their name
