Subject: Re: Donkey?

High Springs, Florida
I have a donkey in the pasture with some horses. He is an uncut male. He will keep dogs out of the pasture. Works them out of there like a cutting horse!
Donkeys are a bit smarter than a horse. We like to think of horses as "two year olds" and donkey's as "three year olds". A horse is your buddy as long as you have food to give them. A donkey is your buddy no matter what, kind of like a dog. They seem to think things through, unlike a horse. Some folks may scoff at this notion, but if you spend some time observing them, you will find out that it's true!
