West Texas | FWIW. As an ex-cancer patient, I can remember the Doctors words crystal clear after 28 years. He said "most cancers are curable if we can get to them soon enough, but most people continue to go to their local doctors until it gets completely out of control and then they send the patient to a cancer center and they die here." Your recomendation to "GET ANOTHER OPINION" should include recomending that the opinion come from someone that works with macular degeneration on a daily basis. He will be aware of all the recent treatments and experiments that are ongoing. Best of luck to the man. | |
