one thing I have found to be an area of difficulty is mixing capital and lower case letters. I believe MIKE SE IL and Mike se IL and MikeSEIL may be 3 different people. I recall someone talking about difficulties with registration and the problem was they were not consistent in capitalizing or spacing or something like
