Kansas | My honey was on the phone tonite so I dug out an old cook book of her moms. Better home and Gardens nonetheless.
Went to the BBQ section they had and was talking about a rib eye roast or something or other on a rotissari and in the last 10 minutes or so you were supposed to paint it with a glaze made from Orange Juice and Peanut butter mixed.
Never heard of such a thing in my life.
Any of you been so fortunate to taste or use such a concoction?
