nc IA | I've got a 51 JD A... in pieces yet - but at least the pistons are free again and front frame is back on. Allmost considered selling it - got another one with more sentimantal value sitting in the shop waiting. But probably won't.
Lowell..... that silage blower in the first picture... was that a Deere with a rubber belt and the pipes were in like 10' lengths that you had to bolt together every year... then watch your father and grandfather argue on which side the "slip knot" went so the whole assembly would rotate right when you (me) drove the tractor foward to pull the fill pipe up to the side of the silo? Not that I'd know or anything, as we still did that up till 97 when Dad stopped farming. | |
