Mine is a beefmaster from FarmTec.  It is 36x250 with 4 foot overhang over bunk.  I have 225 head in the building.  There is 10 feet of concrete behind the bunk and around the waters.  The remainder is lime.  It has 3 waters down center of building.  Including landscaping, waters, electricity, concrete and building the turn key cost was about $375/head.

We went through a cold winter and hot summer and the cattle were always comfortable and dry.  The top has vents and the air quality has always been excellent.  There is more work keeping the cattle bedded every week and it takes a lot of bales but all and all a whole lot better than mud lots.
