Blue Earth, MN | Had a situation this summer and trooper said he could show me the radar or I could take a seat belt violation, both of which I was guilty of. He did me a favor, seat belt was only a fine and no points on my record, speed would have been mandatory court appearance and a much larger fine. They are not all out to get us, I was in the wrong and he helped me out. | |
