Granville, OH | Sri, I guess I should have clarified that I am the tenant renting the ground from my parents. Thanks for the replies guys, I had never heard of anyone doing this kind of thing until she talked about it when we were discussing what kind of things she wanted to see in the contract. I am hoping that it will be once the crop is in the ground I get full market value but she had talked like it was some common thing to do it that way. Its not like it will be an issue anyway mom and dad have always turned away oil, gas, and cell phones companies so hopefully we wont worry about it. | |
