Central Il Morton | I still like starting them outside in a warm fenced in dog run. After they are 3 mo old start to bring them inside for a few minutes then back out side. Increase the time in and when they have an accident out they go. They catch on real quick.
While out side they learn what goes on. Who comes and goes. What is normal. I also walk them around and around the perimeter to establish their territory.
