sw ontario | --never being able too find "exact" house plan wanted I will take notes or copy of ones that are close and then have builder draw up what is desired...but that is all for building time and material,,,may not work if you need or want to bid a turn key job...lots of college draftsman can do plans,,won't give you how many 2x6 , ect lumber but a good builder will know that and unless you really want something strange $ per sq. ' will give you a good idea...can build a good quality 1,800 sq' house for $125 sq.' ..... | |
