Highland Center, in Southeast Iowa | I know, I know, I know. But a girl can dream, can't she? From a logical standpoint, barring a dumb wreck that takes out one or more of the top three, Johnson/Kraus are probably the toughest team from a mental, logistical, and mechanical viewpoint. When the chips are down, those two and the rest of the team behind them are as good as it gets or has ever gotten. That said, Harvick isn't anything to be sneezed at either. Just when you think he's out of the picture, here he comes from nowhere. The person who said it's Hamlin's to lose is right, I think. If he keeps his head, which has occasionally been tough for him to do, and drives a smart race, I think he can do it. But I'll most likely be rooting for Harvick by the last 20 laps or so. |
