Here's some pictures of something I had to throw together fast before i got into fall last year. I didn't know what I wanted to do permently In this yard cause it's seasonal and already had a 18'x50' cement apron ran years ago. In this yard I wean calves, then in Jan this is where my cows go that are 2 weeks from calving. I built these wooden bunks for a temp place to feed until I decide what I wanna do for cement feed bunks. These bunks are 24' long, posts are at 12', that pipe is set in about 8-10" in, it kinda worked out good for either 6-7 weight calves or 1500 lb cows.
