I am not a fan of football so I do not know that answer. I will say 40. So are you saying that with 80,000 people watching 40 people playing a game in person, that there are 80,000 people who would like to be on the field? That being said, are you saying to replace that employee because there are many more who want his job and may be better at it?

If the above is wrong..........then I am really confused.
