I make all the diaphagms for our BouMatic 2000V takeoffs out of old inner tubes. A pair of scissors and a small hollow punch is all it takes. The last time I did I made 20 in 1 hour. BouMatic wants over $30 each so that hour saved me over $600. They last waaaaaaay longer too. I don't think I've had to replace an inner tube diaphragm yet in a couple years.
