It has been hard on him and the rest of the department as well. Iowa definately needs the death penalty for a POS like this. Send him to Ft Madison and let him rot. Surprised the WC PD didn't solve this for him, as I know many of the officers there as well. Ex wife ran one of the Kum & Go stores there, and something like this was always a concern.
