| Ye Haw, looks like them folks found thier version of a Chesapeake Bay. Just how dry was it when the blue/green alge showed up in the lake, if the water coming in from natural rain fall stopped, the lake became toxic on its own. You guys are in for a ton of government BS. Dont take it quietly, dont expect help from the fertilizer companies because they only stand to gain big time when all is said and done. Best to get a person or two as a permenant lobbyist in the state legislature to represent Agriculture, get the state Farm Bureau to fund these lobbyist thru Political action donations. Dont work against these enviromental groups, work with them and educate them as you ALL work thru solving the issues to find some common ground that all can live with. If you ignore them they will find the big dollars and use it to run you down. My.02 | |
