The Extreme home show had a house built a couple of years ago for a well deserving family about 25 miles from where I live. I heard a LOT of bad comments about the show where they expected virtually all materials, labor etc to be donated by the local businesses. I would have thought that the show could have paid at least 1/2 of the cost of the house with all the ad revenues generated from the show.
