I think ill stay the course , of moderation .
A couple work real good ,If you dont drink every day ,the tolerance level is low enough that i can relax on 2 .
The real underlying problem is a sleep issue , Im going back to the doc on dec 21st for that problem .
If i ever found some meds that were not #1 narcotics , or #2 have worse side effects than lack of sleep ,i would not be inclined to drink .
Everyone has a cross to carry , mine is not as heavy as some folks have.
