Ride the double decker Deuce bus. Go downtown to Fremont Street after dark for the light show on the hour, they still had cheap and good food 2 years ago. Take the drive to Hoover Dam, if you have time you can get a helicopter ride to the Grand Canyon(takes less than a half a day). If you do the chopper ride, kick in the extra for the trip that lands in the canyon. Well worth it, IMO.
