I didn't think it was possible to get a dark cutter Holstien.Don't you get a dark cutter from a high strung animal that is worked up before slaughter?It was the largest one on the load 890# carcass,Hol x Mt billiard.And it would have brought top dollar at the salebarn.$37- hit=$329. OUCH
