The link goes to a story about a group of nuns who sold a rare baseball card.  Story says the card sold for $262,000 but the nuns had to pay a 19.5% buyers premium.  Since when does the seller pay the buyers premium?  Assuming someone got the story wrong and they were charged sellers commission.
