little britain ontario | have a sony bravia HDTV, its 1080pi, with a bravia 7.1 home theatre and sony blue ray player, cna definitely see the difference compared to the sanyo HDTV which is a 720p and DVD player in the other room. for a blue ray player definitely need to get a 1080pi definition. stay away from the cheaper brands, might save money in the short term but they are not worth it as for the little extra you spend on a sony or other name brand will surely pay off in better quality. also make usre you get the right cables, i have monster cable for all the cables used in my install with the sony, the sany got cheaper connections and its noticeable especiall when watching sports or fast moving action movies, there is a noticeable delay in the picture. i demoed a 3d tv at the store and for the hassle of the glasses and extra cost i didnt see what the excitement is all about. plasma is old tech now for HDTV, LCD is good and for a few extra the LED makes a really nice HDTV | |
