How many are you getting over what period of time ? 6-8 weeks and turn out ? I think you better bump that up to 12-16 weeks ,Those babies are going to have to be on milk replacer ,starter grain and good hay till then . 4 months band them , cut 'em what ever your chioce and dehorn . Those magpies take for ever to grow and yes they're like sheep and like to die .
