This one is a good mild one
1/2 cup liquid Smoke, 3 cups soy sauce, 1/2lb brown sugar (1 1/3 cup) dash worcestershire sauce. good for a 3 lb roast. I put it in a icecream bucket soak overnight shake on occasion or stir to make sure all meat is covered
