S.C. Wisconsin | As stated in my message below my favorite is the blackened Salmon, rubbed with olive oil and coated with the seasoning mix. Use a cast iron frying pan with olive oil and butter and heat it very hot. Put the skinned salmon fillets in the pan until each side gets black. Should not take more than 4-5 minutes. I can give you our recipe for the coating or you can find one online. | |
