S.C. Wisconsin | Celebrated my dads 87th birthday and made fish that I caught in Alaska this summer. It consisted of blackened Salmon, Salmon grilled on a Cedar plank with Apricot preserve and butter, and baked Halibut and butter. My preference is the blackened Salmon, we have a recipe for the seasoning if anyone is interested.
