nw illinois | Honolulu is like Chicago plunked down in the middle of the Pacific. Stay there one day to see Pearl harbor for sure then go to Maui, Kauai, or the Big Island. One note, the swimming on Kauai can be pretty rough in the "winter months" Poipu beach is OK but most of the rest of the beaches are pretty rough. Maui would be better if your into snorkeling, the water etc. | |
