Just because it is.
IMO, the chart showed resistance at $5.50 and support at $5. I thought it would get to ~$5.40 before it sold off to $5 but it didn't quite make it. That tells me it's getting a little weak. Next support I see is the 10 day moving average at ~ $4.95, then $4.80.
