SW MN and Gold Canyon AZ | Geez you guys are really bullish. if it goes that high cash rents and land will go crazy. Better lock in your inputs if you are that bullish, everyone will want there piece of the pie.
I think the market needs a break, higher yields in MN or some world event will do that, so I'm guessing 50% retracement area for now. $5.30 is the dec top, march or may will top that later on maybe. 62.5% will be the top. | |
