Galahad, Alberta
Frost on the pumpkins. Thursday night I had 5 below, and a huge area, almost all of Alberta north of Calgary, and the very west side of Sask. got it. Then 2 below Friday night, and on zero last night. There was a lot of Canola that was not cured yet that will be downgraded. And there was a large amount of spring wheat that will be downgraded too. The maltsters are going to be scrounging looking for any decent malt on the prairies. Flip side, calves should bring a decent buck as we are going to be swimming in feed and feed grains. Wish I had some calves.
Rosco.

Still haven't turned a wheel this harvest. Maybe Tuesday.
