New Mexico | has got to be in the very high 3's to low 4's now.

Perhaps store half the 010 beans etc.
Main positive thing going into 011 for agri folks is to go into that "cashy" thus looking like you do not need your banker.
The operations who look like they need a bank are very likely to be spun a deal called "offset collateral values and balances," which basically means "raise cash, raise equity."
