$4 corn is going to be a money looser on a lot of acres in CIL this year. Was last year also, with some of the high $ rent fellas. Sub 100 bu corn doesn't pencil out very well on $300- $500 rent .
Have drove buy a field of corn several times in the last 6 weeks that is on $400 cash rent ground that probably won't make 100 bu.
