Mascoutah, Illinois | Pofarmer, I do not believe there are restrictions in place for hedge funds, pension funds, or 401K funds. Please correct me if I am wrong.
I don't understand why they have restrictions? If you were a healthy institution who survived the credit crisis without taking TARP, you shouldn't be put under any restrictions. Let the locals and small regionals have their deserved piece of the pie and to HECK with the "majors." Many of the smaller players did things the right way and should be rewarded. Not restricted!!!
