I'm not sure what made you decide to post your thoughts at this moment but I did enjoy reading them. I think all too often, people are jealous of large successful operations when in reality they should be impressed. Notice I did say successful, not just large. Usually when you know the background behind the success stories it all makes sense. Sometimes the younger generation of this successful arrangement acts in a way that puts a black eye on themselves, but eventually they will probably get what they deserve. I am in no way a large farmer, but I would like to think that I am well on my way to becoming successful. I have passed up several opportunities that maybe I shouldn't have, but I have also jumped on a few that I probably would have best left alone. With all of that said, my point is that if you are willing to just be out there looking, opportunities abound. The paying public is always thirsty to pay you if you offer them good VALUE. Thanks for bringing up this thread Pat!
