NE IOWA/ SE SD | To my knowledge all grain purchasers pay into the indemnity fund. So, if verasun wouldn't have paid for corn they recieved it would have been eligible for the indemnity fund. However, now that they waited 2 years and want the money back, the indemnity fund has a 120 day period to file, we involved cannot use that resource. (this is from the research I did trying to figure out all my options) | |
