Have no set amount since we have enough storage. With the market going up we have sold some for fall. Mostly since last year was such a bad year for long term storage.. Quality was not good for long term storage so we have moved it out. Otherwise we have three years to market . Sell it ahead,sell the same year or hold it over. Somewhere in that time frame the market makes a few bucks.
