central Indiana | went thru the same thing when Merchants went bankrupt several years ago. We literaly were paying lawyers to sue ourselves, not kidding. Got so bad we were filing financial statements and the trustee was deciding who and how much must be repaid of our money that was due us.....there are no winners except the trustee and the lawyers so no matter what they tell you just know there is nothing left and the long term debt will use up whatever was left ago...get out at any opportunity and don't throw good money after bad
